Transitioned from Application and ERP Project Manager to Group IT Director within 1.5 years. As Group IT Director, I report directly to the Owner/CEO and oversee change management, long-term IT strategy, and application improvements, solution development, and team leadership. In this role, I maintain critical relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and directly supervise group of Senior Manager, Managers and Project Controller while supporting six business units.

I was promoted to Senior System Analyst within three months of hire, and later transitioned to Management role within 3 years. While working for this organization, I focused on maximizing efficiency of business processes and engineering. I also developed solutions for business challenges, strengthened stability of software services, liaised with suppliers, and supported supply chain optimization efforts.

I was recruited to join the desktop, web, and device development team. In this role, I produced software and ensured achievement of business specifications (RUP and MS MSF Process). Additionally, I prepared status reports, personal development plans, and Master Resource Plans. I also delivered on-site software and application support, designed database architecture, and tested data models and database management systems.
