The main market applications are oil & gas production, plastics, industrial water treatment, paints & latex, household & personal care products, pulp & paper.

Accountable for the profit & revenue of the business in the region. I was the people leader/supervisor of the sales and technical teams, including leader of the customer service and product development laboratory, in total 25 people. Setting the marketing strategy for Dow Biocides and Angus Chemicals in the water treatment, pulp & paper, oil and gas markets. Also responsible for innovation pipe-line and projects in these fields. Coordinated the market plan implementation around the world plus the activities at large global accounts.
