The success of HKB Ketelbouw BV, founded in 1989, is mainly based on the high demand for steam boilers in large commercial nurseries, mushroom farms, heating centres for large buildings, housing and industrial estates. HKB now specialises in the provision of large turnkey systems for hot water and steam generation. For this, bespoke boilers up to ten metres wide and 40 metres long can be built.

VDL Industrial Modules is a system supplier for OEM's. The first year's activities consist primarily out of optimizing production/assembly of medical products. Current activities are focused on 'new business development' for (cleanroom) manufacturing of high quality modules. Focusing on the segments; Medical, Food & Beverage, biomedical and laboratory equipment.

Managing the international commercial teams of multiple European sales offices. Analyzing trends and market developments, implementation of commercial strategy for all seven countries. Leading the product development comity.

Area Management (Asia Pacific, UK, Ireland, the Netherlands) and Key Account Management. Provide technical support, seminars and lectures for breweries in regards to Quality Control and ongoing improvement projects

Supporting the management of the Vostermans-group during the acquisition of a manufacturing company. Responsible for aligning production- and company processes.

As Location Manager in responsible for setting up a logistical-, sourcing- and manufacturing facility for the Asia Pacific. Responsible for managing a team of 8 FTE's in the area of sourcing, International logistics, Finance and Sales.

I was in charge of a group of 4, with whom we preformed final checkes of the TV-stations broadcasts. We made sure everything was present and according to specs.
