Change Agent for the Lean and Agile transformation of SAP – contributed significantly for the transformation of the organization from classic silo organization with waterfall release lifecycle, into a highly productive and efficient lean and agile organization. Helped many SAP projects to adopt agile project management methodology and the Lean methodology and principles, which led to significant improvement of their efficiency and delivery. Successful delivery of 2 key projects in the SAP LM Business Unit.
