In the past years we automated the budgeting and charging process for PON IT as a shared service center for the PON Reporting Copanies. We improved and automated the budgeting and charging processes based on Apptio Cost Transparency and IT Planning. The charging process was upgraded from quarterly to monthly and now only takes 2 days instead of 1 month. The data quality has improved significantly, reducing the number of Bill questions. The process automation has saved 3 FTE.

I delivered a new budgeting and reporting process for Jacobs Douwe Egberts based on Apptio Cost Transparency and IT Planning. The process largely automated the global budgeting and charging process which increased the output quality and saved the financial department 50% of their time in the budgeting process. A set of financial reports are monthly automatically delivered, which gives the financial department the opportunity to analyse and advise instead or being busy with data crunching.

I've supported Nexperia in the implementation of Apptio Cost Transparency and IT Planning to automate their budgeting and cost reporting processes as a foundation to decrease their IT spend.

As a TBM architect responsible for the implementation results of the Apptio SaaS in realizing a performance management system for Liberty Global IT Europe.
