As a HIL engineer, I am responsible for creating plant model simulations on dSPACE SCALEXIO hardware. I am also responsible for making sure the hardware platform is interfaced correctly with the system under test and make sure all requirements are met with proper test cases and results captured.

Develop vehicle plant models & data based ASCMO models for HIL & SIL applications (Cylinder Charge, Exhaust Systems etc) Implement vehicle functions in HIL models for ECU Software evaluation Develop advanced control strategy for Driver model, to simulate human longitudinal driving, support start/stop functionality in HIL models. Develop Automotive Diagnostic Protocols KWP2000 and UDS, port these diagnostic protocols to AUTOSAR compatible code. Requirements gathering and plan roadmap for development in collaboration with clients (Chrysler LLC). Implement control logics for engine management systems (Prototype Project). Mentor, train and improve competency among team members.

Implement Control Algorithms for Self and AUX powered refrigeration units. Requirements mapping and test case development in DOORS Software development for diesel engine control modules UI and control software development for Automatic Fasteners (pneumatic tools) Tear down and cost analysis of Truck refrigeration units for Thermo King. Test Automation using NI Test Stand for complete tests of refrigeration units. Version control & configuration management
