Working as a Senior Test Engineering & Release Manager for various Mobile Location based Applications and Backend services. Managing Test Teams in Agile (Scrum) Projects and having as responsibility to Release High quality Mobile apps. My activities involve further the creation and monitoring of release schedules, test plan & scope reviews and evaluations, process definitions, risk analysis, error Management, effort estimations, end user feedback Handling.

Planning, Coordinating and monitoring the team’s Test process and Testing activities. (Integration Tests, System Tests, Feature Tests, Regression Tests, Automation Tests, Load & Performance Tests). Working as the central contact person for Test concerns in the Project Organization and Reporting to the General Project Management about the Test Status and Progress. Additionally, preparing all the Test documentation for the Alpha / Beta Fieldtrials.

System Test Automation. Research & Analysis on improvement possibilities. fully Automated environment with Automated Test Scripts. - know-how transfer & Coordination activities for the RG8700.

Task assignment & monitoring, Effort estimation, CMMI – Process definitions & Historical Data analysis, Status Reporting, Milestone Monitoring & Decision making activities, Input to new features - definitions & analysis, Quality Assurance, Innovation Projects, HiPath 4000 Trainings for new Employees & Service, Systems allocations, Installations / Set up of the Linux machines & PBXs, Orders.
