As co-founder I worked in a small team and designed the brand, custom-coded the webshop, setup tracking and data analytics, took care of the content and marketing efforts and developed a multichannel strategy for amazon, ebay, and the shop: coded over 1,700 lines of CSS, photoshopped about 3,000 photos, executed a SEO strategy getting the site from scratch to six-figure yearly users at a solid conversion rate, and profitably rolled out adwords for over 2,400 products.

As potential founder, I worked with partner level and led a team of interns to analyze business opportunities in health care: screened about 25 different value propositions, carved out 9 (e.g. personalized skincare, hair loss, anti-acne), designed, coded, tracked and tested the propositions on about 4,000 probable customers each via AdWords, decided to drop the project in the end due to poor product capabilities.

As founder and CEO, I discovered my co-founders, setup the team and did marketing and sales of an IOS mobile app locally and intelligently connecting LinkedIn users: developed the app via SCRUM and launched it in under 4 months on the AppStore, gained traction and users from over 27 countries, pitched the project to over 18 potential investors. The app failed due to changes in API restrictions at LinkedIn.
As manager in the New Business team of DT's Products & Innovations unit, I managed cross functional projects: supported ramp up of hub:raum (DT's incubator and accelerator) and rolled out internal lead management process and tools, devised first product concept and test dummy of the team, managed first international and cross corporate partnering project involving a silicon valley audio company and 4 business units of Deutsche Telekom.
As executive assistant to the management responsible for DT’s "Digital Services" division (about 2,800 employees), I worked alone and later in a small team: managed top management events, conceived and executed internal newsletter, steered internal approval processes for important decisions, devised about 500 top management briefings preparing for decisions, lead and co-lead over 6 top management initiatives with business heads of the unit and for the board of the telco.
