Supply Chain Planning and Operations for Prime Now and Fresh (UK, DE, ES, IT, FR). I've helped build the Supply Chain up from scratch, having been the first team member during the first launch in 2015 in London. Over the next 2 years, we've launched 18 Prime Now sites and Amazon Fresh in London and Berlin. The focus has been on customer experience and cost reduction by introducing S&OP processes for efficient labour planning and inbound supply chain improvements through milk runs and pallet hubs.

Supply Chain Operations for Amazon DE which includes the S&OP forecasting process for the Amazon DE network. I've supported the integration and ramp up of 6 3PL sites for large, heavy and bulky goods as well as the integration of 2 Polish and 1 Czech fulfillment centers into the Amazon DE customer fulfillment network. Focus was on improving customer experience by supporting weekly DE labour and capacity planning as well as cost reduction through automating forecast processes.
