Sharing expertise and consulting on regulatory affairs and regulations in crop protection of Russia and CIS. Working at different consulting platforms - Alpha Sights, Coleman, GLG, Guidepoint. Describing regulatory strategy, best practice, costs, timelines, specific requirements etc.

New regulatory data handling system invented and led. Participated at Syngenta leadership and business excellence center. Regulatory “road map” of changes developed for the Production localization project for Russia and CIS. Coordination of regulatory staff (5 FTEs). MRL harmonization project between EU and Russia successfully re-established and led. Ecological dossier drafting and submission (based on EU dossier). 12 pesticides successfully positively evaluated by authority on environmental assessment.

Regulatory procedures (toxicology) leading in Russia and CIS (3 FTEs). Collaboration and relations with authorities. Tox dossier compilingbased on EFSA, FDA, FAO WHO, Codex Alimentarius etc. Local toxicological trials. Process led for hygienic standards (MRL list, import tolerances) official setting. The issue successfully lobbied at AEB (Association of European business). Global regulatory transition project implemented locally, established wide cross-functional relations and business processes.

• Several new accounts found and contracted (30 000 USD monthly sales of feed aminoacids - methionine, threonine). • Established smooth business processes for product import, basic marketing data collection, sales analysis, competition monitoring and corporate data base maintaining. • Three products registered.

• Registration procedure established for feed and veterinary products (vitamins, premixes, compound feeds, enzymes, aminoacids) in Russia. • Database developed and launched (statistics on main marker players, production of feeds, meat, poultry, swine, eggs and milk).
