Being part of all the different steps of IT Projects (Project Management, specifications gathering, configuration Workshop, UAT, support, users training…) • Crisis management: analysis, action plan definition, delegation, communication to end users • Set up of data connector between applications: specifications, work with developers, tests

Part of the Business relations and Support Team. Take care of incidents related with e-commerce solutions. Set up of the new supporting solution used for the Non-food Home Delivery System.
