Invisua is a Dutch company that develops, produces and markets high-quality color tunable lighting products for the professional retail and hospitality market. Responsible for the entire Marketing and Sales processes: • Defining and executing the Invisua MarCom and social media strategy. • Defining and executing the Invisua sales strategy. • Building a customer and partner network from scratch. • Owning the mid and long term product road map; creating, validating and launching new propositions.

Responsible for the sales development, margin realization and market introduction of Fortimo and Lexel branded LED systems for the professional spot and downlight market globally and later on EMEA only. Leading the marketing activities in multifunctional teams from proposition creation to product development and market introduction. Managed successfully several new market introductions and achieved approximately 300% sales growth in 2012 with my products, exceeding the targets.

Globally responsible for the technical support (optical, thermal, mechanical or lighting control) of OEM customers in incorporating various Philips LED systems (LED modules and drivers) into their new LED luminaries.

As a production leader I directed approximately 25 operators working in a three shift system within a fully automated production environment. As a unit chairman I was responsible for the overall performance of two UHP burner production lines.

Responsible for the process improvement of one of the constituent processes and the daily monitoring of the UHP Burner production lines.
