• Global customer lead for Renault Nissan PSA and JLR for structure and mechanism group and was responsible for global budget (>10 mil $) and product strategy • Leading multinational team of > 60 employees from Germany, Slovakia, France, India, and US Tech centres. Integrated multi tech centre teams to result oriented single team • Acquired several programs for Renault Nissan, PSA and JLR with lifetime revenue of > 400mil$ • Developed Program execution capability in Slovakia Tech Centre

• Responsible for Structure development for Asia Pacific customers and engineering budget of 4Mn • Developed passive whiplash frame guidelines with 3,3 score in EUNCAP for Toyota Auris • Integrated CRH and Keiper mechanism as first integration product in Kia JD Power frame successfully • Launched "Fingerprint" (Online acoustic measurement for Power frames) in Poland plant
