My role was to synchronize commercial needs and availability of goods at the lowest total cost by taking into different parameters. Worked as a communication link between the store and the country supply team. Contributed with forecasting and ordering in alignment with the commercial calendar. Support the Goods Flow Manager with the stock discrepancies analysis as part of the inventory management process.

Accountable for building & growing the companies’ E-commerce business. Managed the day to day operations, execute Joint Business Plans with Partners to deliver top line revenue. Analyzed data ,interpreted reports and information provided to identify new ideas & opportunities based on sales trends & insights. Understanding the Product portfolio & forecasting future sales and managing inventory demand.

In-charge of store operations for premier brands like DIESEL & GAS. Managed the Top line sales performance for the brand. Responsible to design and set monthly sales targets for the store to ensure brand profitability. Managed critical non sale operation activities such as, cash management, stock & inventory logistics, brand promotion and staff skill development.

Job profile involved resolving Customer queries at first point of contact to ensure excellent client satisfaction. In-charge of process and soft skill training for new staff and associates.

My primary role was to monitor and manage the overall functioning of the Microsoft ERP servers. This included tracking and analyzing the performance of these servers and escalating any potential issues impacting its functioning.
