Working on the BMW MGU and IDC project. Responsible for the Sub-supplier management of Conti, looking after Basic Autosar and Instrument Cluster functionalities.

Worked as a Program manager for Apps and HMI teams/Domains. During this time, i supported North America,EU & APAC OEM programs (Harley,Subaru,Maserati,BMW,Daimler,Tata etc) from the domain perspective and responsible for the domain deliverable. I am also responsible for the OEM deliverables from this domain.

Seasoned in Agile Project Management methodologies like Scrum, Kanban and Lean. Managing couple of similar strategic Projects as Technical Project Manager by collaboration with teams working on-site and offshore.Focusing on the cost reduction, time cycle reduction and improvement of the process variables.Plan risk management and maintain a risk register after risk analysis. Handled a team of 40+ members (Matrix)spread across different geography (Asia,USA & Europe) .

I was involved in the Automation Testing to reduce the amount of Manual test script in the project. Responsible for Test design, Customer acceptance testing, verify the requirement and Reporting

I was part of IBM E & TS group where we used to handle client calls , escalation, L2/L3 support, testing, reporting and Point of contact for MDparts (Module in E & TS). Coding & Debugging and refer to L4 team for Code changes and Enhancements
