Led a 5-member team to deliver cabin component designs (roof spoilers, fenders) from prototype to series using Siemens NX & Teamcenter. Produced 300+ GD&T drawings with 100% accuracy, developed a tolerance tool reducing rework by ~60%, and ensured quality via structured checks. Collaborated with international teams, managed PLM traceability, part releases, and specifications, ensuring standards and manufacturability.
