Led regulatory compliance, distributor ecosystem, go-to-market strategy, and cross-functional global collaboration across HR, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.

UPM-Kymmene Oyj (Finland) is one of the world’s oldest and largest forest-based technology companies, As Managing Director & Country Manager – India, led end-to-end establishment of UPM’s Indian subsidiary, manufacturing operations, P&L, compliance, team building, and government engagement. Set up two converting plants, a recycled fibre JV, and drove strategic expansion aligned with global HQ and regional leadership.
