Part of Samsung’s medical imaging research team. Worked closely with algorithms team for redesigning CT scan Axial and Helical pipeline for best performance on NVIDIA GPUs Working on dynamic parallelism, Hyper-Q features available with Kepler architecture. Using RDMA for GPUDirect which enables RDMA transfers across an Infiniband for fast retrieval and storage of dicom image.

Part of Samsung’s medical imaging research team. Working on world-class portable CT scanners, such as BodyTom and CereTom. Worked on Model Based Iterative Reconstruction and BM4D.

My activities involved designing the architecture for multi-GPU, requirement gathering, interacting with CFD experts and communicating with client to discuss possible pitfalls with GPU. Worked on implementing CFD 3D solvers for flows in Turbo machines on GPU. Implementation was done using PGI FORTRAN CUDA and Open MP. Performed 3D Finite Difference computations for 7-point and 19-point stencils on GPU. Smoothing operations like 8-point and 13-point 3D stencil were also performed on GPU.

Part of Infosys HPC team that is focused on building HPC solutions with GPUs. Worked in areas such as CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics), machine learning and neural networks which are excellent candidates for HPC. Microsoft HPC Server was used to transparently (i.e. without modifying the actual code) help applications of Boeing to utilize the full capacity of its existing hardware resources.

Part of Infosys Education and Research Team. Provided training to employees of Infosys on technologies like Java, C, RDBMS, JSP, Servlets. Handled workshops within organization on parallel computing and machine learning as part of research activities. Worked on application that collects statistics related to daily training activities from around 17000+ trainees and 450+ educators.
