• Warranty cost saving by implement multi-brand service center with in-store service concept • Setup logistic systems at dealer/retailer linked with dedicated service provider to maintain SLA • Implement, align and standardize repair process to achieve quality and efficiency

• Experienced in SCADA, PLC process control design and configuration for Oil & Gas, Chemical & Petrochemical and Mining industry • Implement Emerson Process Automations product and technology design, consulting, project management and maintenance services

• Provide PCBA troubleshoot and failure analysis for continuous process improvement • Generating work instruction for effective production process • Support new product development and production test setup
