As an IT Manager, I led the IT team, ensuring system reliability and security. I implemented Zabbix for proactive monitoring, developed Internal Operation Procedures (IOP), and managed IT assets and budgets. I supported SWIFT and CBMNET-2 remittance systems, prepared System Contingency Plans (SCP), and coordinated with the Regional IT Team. Additionally, I conducted cybersecurity training and phishing simulations to strengthen security awareness and compliance.

As an IT Manager, I ensured the maintenance, security, and compliance of all IT systems. I managed IT assets and user matrix, safeguarded network security from external breaches, and coordinated IT projects between SCB Group IT, SCB Myanmar, and local vendors. Additionally, I led BCP coordination, ensured the functionality of non-IT systems (CCTV, IP phones, alarms), and maintained databases and reporting systems for operational efficiency.

As an IT Infrastructure Manager, I led the IT team and ensured smooth day-to-day operations. I implemented an Incident Management System, migrated to Office 365 hybrid infrastructure, and secured ATM networks. I redesigned network infrastructure, conducted penetration tests, and strengthened security for web, mobile apps, and cloud. Additionally, I managed SaiSaiPay & uabPay cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and compliance.

As a Systems Administrator, I managed IT infrastructure for 20+ ticket offices, provided Tier 2/3 support for 100+ corporate users, and optimized server performance through automation. I improved team productivity using batch scripting, acted as an escalation point for complex IT issues, and ensured daily backups. Additionally, I supported Windows Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, vSphere, and Azure, maintaining system reliability and security.

As a Field Support Engineer, I provided technical support for Thomson Reuters' hardware and software systems, managed IT projects, and coordinated with customers and vendors. I implemented and maintained transaction networks, servers, and workstations, ensuring data security, integrity, and recovery through daily backups. Additionally, I performed in-house repairs of computer systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

As a Systems Engineer, I assisted the IT Manager in evaluating new technologies and supported various IT projects. I was responsible for planning, designing, installing, troubleshooting, and repairing LAN, WAN, and telecommunication systems. Additionally, I implemented and administered Active Directory and NFS, providing day-to-day IT support for both internal and external users to ensure smooth operations.
