I was responsible for leading and supporting Fall Plan, analyze and review E2E procurement metrics with PBMs and Clients, Data deep dive and discussions, bottom’s up approach to bring up Procurement Offerings to map to Client’s strategy, Cost Management Reviews, lead and support global and/or LOB wise initiatives and support Client interlocks globally. I closely worked with Sourcing Global Councils, Geo Sourcing Leads, PBMs, Data Management Team, Procurement Finance, Senior Executives and clients.

IBM entered into an IT Strategic Outsourcing engagement with Bharti Africa and Bangladesh. I was the single point of contact from IBM, responsible for Software Sourcing for this account. I managed the end to end software procurement process right from identifying new vendors, assessing them, floating RFPs, selecting the best supplier, negotiating terms of the contract, developing long-term partnerships with strategic suppliers and leveraging spend to get volume discounts.

IBM entered into an IT Strategic Outsourcing engagement with Vodafone Essar Limited. As part of this initiative, I managed the end to end software procurement for Vodafone India. I handled a spend of around 20 M USD.

Euro Car Parts is the largest supplier of after market spare parts for cars and Light Commercial Vehicles in UK with 80+ branches and annual sales in excess of £260 Million per annum. I was based in London and was responsible for end to end supply chain management of driveshafts, CV Joints, CV boots, wheel bearings, hubs and batteries.

Worked as a Buyer for GM India (Handling an Annual Purchase Volume of 5 Million USD) for its globally recognized Aftermarket brand – ACDelco, dealing in Aftermarket spare parts like drive shafts, lubricants, batteries, grease, HVAC, spark plugs, belts, bulbs, filters, wipers, clutches etc.

My job was to find bottlenecks in the existing system and modernize the plant by evaluating the techno-economic viability of the different improvement Projects. I managed the end to end process of implementing the new projects from identification of vendors, float tenders, finalizing contracts and final roll out for the same
