• Studying and understanding the Process Mining and implementing the techniques efficiently in the Order to Cash business process • Develop a hands-on approach to using process mining to analyze business processes. This approach is implemented and tested for the SAP Order to Cash process. • A technical interface between business and IT organization in projects as well as ongoing professional and networking exchange with IT, key user and business organization

• Identify, develop and evaluate alternative business requirements and analyze process deviations • Development of appropriate process models, statistical analysis and KPI configurations for specific business needs. • Support of the international project team for the development and implementation of the Master process. • Explore and understand spreadsheets and data models in IT solutions such as SAP applications and web applications to develop data analytics / KPIs.

1. Analyze work flows within and across all departments to determine how the entire company can work better together 2. Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output 3. Review the KPI monitoring systems and determine ways to improve their ability to maintain company operations
