Ich arbeite an einer Masterarbeit mit dem Titel "Implementierung, Ausrichtung und Bewusstsein von KPIs in einem Produktionsbereich".

Im Rahmen meines Praktikums habe ich mich mit KPIs im Produktionsbereich beschäftigt. Nach meinem Eintritt in das Unternehmen haben sich mein Betreuer Herr Gawenda und ich um die Digitalisierung der Kennzahl gekümmert, damit alle Mitarbeiter eine bessere Vorstellung von ihrer Leistung haben. Ich verfolge auch die Arbeitsaufträge weiter, um Produktionsinformationen in Echtzeit zu erhalten

Characterization of Three Different Steels (SAE 1045, 304 and 440C) after Quenching. Measured hardness of the material after performing Jominy Test on different steels. Further the specimens were etched to carry out metallographic study using 3-D light microscope.

Completed a group project on "Mobile Hardness Testing of Polymers"

Produktionsplanung, Qualitätssicherung, Mitarbeiterverantwortung für 20 Personen

Performance evaluation and experimental verification of solar absorption cooling system. The project was based on the vapor absorption system principle. The mixture of ammonium and calcium chloride was kept in a black box, which was placed at the focus point of solar dish. The rise in the temperature resulted in the formation of ammonia vapor which was passed through condenser. This results in getting cool air at the end.
