Worked with Enterprise Service Framework (ESF) team on development of ESF Studio application which is a middleware system for onboarding financial institutions, data migration of the client business services and manage routing service calls between the banks and Fiserv core products. This system processes around 180,000 transactions per minute for the 12,000 financial institution customers. As Product Owner was responsible for the governance and control of application.

Worked onsite in Dell premise on Preference Management Center application, which allows the Dell customers to manage their preferences related to dell news, offers, promotions and information related to Dell Partner Direct Program. As Business Analyst, worked with product owner in maintaining the product backlog, user stories and scheduling releases. Managed a team of 10 members (6 onshore and 4 offshore). Facilitated Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum Standup, and Sprint Retrospective meetings.

Worked on Human resource management system which automated the HR processes for more than 15 clients in EMEA region. The new system streamlined the recruitment and onboarding processes and maximized the company’s Return on Employee Investment (ROEI). Worked with stakeholders to capture business requirements and document functional requirements specification through business process modelling techniques. Built early-feature prototypes using wireframes and mock-up tools.

Worked on SCADA application which provides real time data of the telecom sites. The implementation reduced the downtime of the servers by 80%. Facilitated project planning meetings to define project goals and refine the product backlog. Interviewed the business stakeholders to develop the business process model. Identified process inefficiencies through gap analysis. Conducted knowledge sharing sessions to internal teams.

Successfully designed and developed e-commerce web application using Java and Struts for collaboration between two global companies with over 230 million customers worldwide. Worked with the team to drive change management for new systems and business process implementations. Developed script files using UNIX scripting, SQL for the flawless transition of data and generation of new client data plans.
