Strengthened permit to work, hazardous energy isolation, lifting, emergency readiness and incident learning. Applied IADC incident classification and Aramco HSE frameworks, with workforce engagement and corrective action follow up.

Built the QHSE function and integrated management system for an industrial manufacturing business. Developed frameworks incorporating ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, FSSC 22000 and BRC requirements. Led certification readiness, audits, risk controls, emergency preparedness, incident investigations and corrective actions. Reported performance to the COO and trained managers, supervisors and employees.

Led EHS programs across GE power generation and healthcare technology operations. Developed management system and quality assurance procedures for the Sabiya combined cycle power project. Supported global healthcare risk assessment standardization, audits and regulatory finding closure. Used GE Gensuite and Lean Six Sigma methods to improve reporting and processes. Contributed to regional EHS performance, technical project risk reviews and workforce training.

Implemented corporate and business unit HSE requirements across oilfield service operations. Conducted inspections and risk assessments, supported hazard control and safety committees, and delivered employee orientation, defensive driving, fire warden and emergency response training. Coordinated journey management, waste minimization and pollution prevention, while supporting operational excellence and corrective action follow up.

Held progressive QHSE responsibilities in the NatGas group, a Shell joint venture. Served as QHSE Section Head at NatGas from September 2006 to June 2008, then transferred to Shabakat, its natural gas subsidiary. Supported gas distribution safety, regulatory compliance, risk assessments, environmental controls, inspections, workforce engagement and incident follow up.

Led workplace health and safety within the Health & Safety and Engineering Department of Bavarian Auto Group, a BMW manufacturing environment. Supported worker protection through shop floor hazard assessments, inspections, machinery and equipment risk controls, emergency readiness and industrial compliance. Worked with engineering and operating teams to strengthen safe work practices and corrective action follow up.

Supported offshore drilling QHSE for Egyptian Drilling Company, a Maersk Drilling joint venture. Worked on safe systems of work, operational hazard assessment, compliance checks, quality and HSE records, incident follow up and emergency preparedness. Built a technical foundation in drilling operations, lifting, safe job analysis and marine safety, supported by historical offshore helicopter and emergency response training.

Bachelor of Marine Engineering, awarded August 2000. Studied marine and mechanical systems, supported by maritime technical training and guided sea experience.
