 Development of an Annual Event Business Plan for the Company’s Launch in the Brazilian Market.  Budgeting of Events and Department Operational Costs.  Implementation of Regional Launch Events in more than 10 different cities in Brazil.  Development, Training and Selection of Suppliers.

 Management of the Congress and Convention Dept – planning and implementation of national and intl high profile events for all Pharma BUs.  Responsible for Management and Development of a team composed by 6 Analysts and 3 Assistants.  Responsible budget-control reports for the Events Area totaling CHF 25 million/year, distributed over approximately 130 events  Constant process revision and application of company policy.  Management, prospection and development of new suppliers.

 In charge of all national/international congresses and internal events in Oncology, Diabetes, Men’s Health and Cardiology Teams.  Coordination of logistical aspects of events in partnership with external suppliers and internal areas.  Elaboration and control of event budgets.  Management of activity related to events in diverse company areas such as CRM, e Marketing and Advertising Agency.

 Planning, organization and implementation of national/international congress and internal events in Oncology, Hematology and Rheumatology Teams.  Implementation of International Events in America and in Europe.  Control and administration of Budget, hiring national and international suppliers.
