My role is to support the delivery of Brandwidth's business strategy by developing and implementing talent and organisational development initiatives that ensure the business and talent have the skills and capabilities required now and in the future. I am passionate about bringing extraordinary people together to build teams that will go on to create and do amazing things, all the while working to grow and protect the culture of Bandwidth.

I moved to AnalogFolk to establish and lead the in-house talent acquisition function. Managing a small team I am responsible for the recruitment and talent acquisition strategy, recruitment processes, employer brand and partnering with the agency and department heads to manage senior hires across the agency.
