Monitoring,Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Manager. I was responsible to the allover strategic and day to day management of the MEAL aspects on the Jordan mission. I also has the overall responsibility of increasing accountability and quality in all operations, for example through a new Complaints and Feedback Mechanism, better knowledge management and systematic lessons learned exercises.

Create and supervise monitoring and evaluation department for three countries; Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine. Develop Monitoring and evaluation tools and process for donor funded grants. Develop data source quality and collection methods and coordinator with country managers to address gaps. Collaborate with government agencies, partners, and donors in implementing the project. Create and supervise capacity development plan.

Responsible for the Compliance, Transparency and Documentation procedures' enforcement in Za'atari base. Ensure accurate and complete documentations of all projects as per the Project checklist FLAT(Finance, Logistic, Admin, Transparency) Compliance folder Content. Follow Up on procedures and filing systems of ACTED. Train/reinforce compliance capacities and knowledge of HR/FIN/LOG Officers.
