Position: Global lead in the expansion of Microsoft’s Digital Distribution Channel. Digital Distribution is the resale of the Microsoft Software portfolio electronically into the Breadth Retail and Reseller Channel. This role is an extension of the foundation built in my previous positions as I optimize the migration of our Global Distribution ecosystem to Digital.

Global advisor to subsidiaries in relation to optimization of accounts. Project owner of the global expansion of electronic software distribution. Built, developed and managed standardization of partner analysis and reporting. Worldwide business planning.

Built a solid relationship between Microsoft and the top 2 distributors in the region. Supported and presented at quarterly business reviews to CEO level across Europe. Supported the Microsoft country account managers of Distribution within Microsoft to work together as a region in support of these Distributors. Reviewed and developed Microsoft regional and country distribution forecasts and planning.
