• Assisted the logistics team in day-to-day operations, such as monitoring transportation schedules, reviewing cargo documents, updating customer billing based on transportation and storage services. • Maintained ongoing communication with customers to ensure continuity with shipping details.

Position created by the International Student Affairs office of Temple University to act as a liaison between third-party residential buildings where many international students reside and the office. Some of the duties included: • Provide information and support to over 70 international students living in the building, acting as conflict mediator when necessary. • Plan and organize social and community activities in order to promote the integration between international and native students.

• Advised clients about worldwide higher education opportunities, determining the best program and location. • Assisted in planning information events for approximately 120 students interested in studying abroad and presented about my own experiences as an international student. • Created an extensive database on our partner institutions and developed long-lasting connections between their representatives and our company.
