• Working as Requirement Manager for Instrument Cluster development and handling overall requirements for customer projects • Worked as Doors Consultant for migration of project from Doors Classic to Doors next generation • Requirements Gathering, Implementation and Post Implementation of the project life cycle in IBM Doors • Maintaining DOORS Schemas / Information Models (Modules, Link Modules, Attributes, Views, etc.) to support evolving needs of projects.

- Managing the Doors requirement for the entire Chassis division in Active safety, Passive safety and Driver assistance using Doors - Tracking on the received requirement for various project using Doors - Responsible for requirements & delivery management including resource management for delivery readiness.

- The scope of this project was in analyzing the results and Coordination with the design team, consultants, architects and customers. - Primary roles are onsite execution of projects as per the drawings - Tuning and Reporting. Creating Reporting Templates and planning the execution - Estimation techniques & methodology for new project. Quality and deadline meet strategy for customer satisfaction and delight - Clarity of roles, responsibilities and working model in the team
