Working as a network administrator for a Managed Services Provider and Internet Services Provider, the role handles Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, FortiNet, Cisco and Watchguard Equipment. The role includes administering various Linux server running CloudLinux and Ubuntu Linux. Domain hosting, Wordpress and Dovecot Email services and CPanel along with WHMCS are some of the tools and services dealt with daily.

ICT project management role for a global defense contractor was a high level role. Contributions were also made to the service desk, in a Windows 10, on prem Microsoft AD/Exchange/Sharepoint Environment, using tools such as Ivanti.

As an internal ICT Technician for an Australian Defense contractor in the Aerospace Industry, tasks involved systems and network administration of a hybrid on-prem/cloud Microsoft AD environment with Exchange Online and SharePoint Online, hosted on Hyper-V. Networking was a mix of HP switches, Sophos UTM, and Lancom Wireless equipment. Major projects included an enterprise uplift to the Essential Eight criteria.

As level 1 service desk in the Windows team this role included on-prem Microsoft producst as well as the maturing Azure/365 suite.
