- Managing a team of administrators in the administration of private equity funds and holding companies; - Point of contact for a portfolio of clients; - Attending board meetings, preparing and reviewing board minutes; - Managing the tasks and workload of the team members; - Negotiating fees for new client projects; - Acting as "A" signatory which involves the review and release of payments and investor communication; - Operating within the guidelines of the CSSF and ISAE 3405.

- Compiling and evaluating data received from a staff survey on disability: creating excel tables and cross tables for analysis of this data, preparing statistical tables and graphs for publication in the department's magazine "Equality" - Reorganizing the electronic and paper filing and archiving system; - Preparing supporting documentation for meetings and convening such meetings.

- Delivering letters and parcels to households and companies in different locations
