Pilot Project Revitalisation of Vocational Education and Training in Agriculture, a bilateral cooperation between Indonesia and the Netherlands. * Developed project implementation plan and overall project design, i.e. project process description and organization, communication plan, document flow, reporting system, review and control, quality measures, working instructions. * Process planning and risk management towards implementation phase.

* Pioneer employee. Initiated ISO 9001 certification. * Completed US$ 6 mio EPC project floating energy production facility to the national oil and gas firm. * Works with colleagues in SEA, Europe, USA, and Middle East. * Other delivered projects: spare part, maintenance, training, engineering study, intervention. * Reviews proposals / tender package for bidding. * Ensures compliance, time completion of annual ISO 9001 audits. * Consulted on business plans, annual budget, local business practices.

* Managed activities of master classes “concept to reality: technology introduction in rural areas”, research dissemination workshops, and product demonstrations “mobile technology for Indonesian biofuels using biorefinery concept”. * The cluster is part of the Agriculture Beyond Food Research Program, an Indonesia - Netherlands joint scientific venture of RISTEK and KNAW-NWO.

* Liaised bilateral development activities with officials at varying management levels, i.e. Directorate General of New, Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation from Indonesia Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources with NL Agentschaap- Energy and Climate Change Working Group from Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and worked with Economic Consular Netherlands Embassy in Jakarta. * Led missions of a technical visit to the Netherlands, 2 international conferences in Jakarta.

* Project coordination office & site, managed budget, interfaced with SAP. * Produced feasibility study preselection of technologies. * Improved customer service of product performance & application. * Team interfaced with product development, QA, operation, commercial. * Produced reports of regional market, customer surveys, business plans. * Authored report ‘Indonesia Olefin and Plastic Industry Vision and Road Map Plan 2015’, submitted to the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce & Ministry of Industry.

Coordinated economic feasibility study and performed experiments of catalysts for gas to liquid and petrochemical technology applications.
