• Development and implementation of projects on the leadership and feedback systems. Responsible for the organization of the leadership workshops and mentoring program. • Culture assessment and development of projects on the organization’s culture • Implementation, evaluation - through statistical and qualitative analysis - and communication of employee survey. • National and international salary benchmarking studies and review of the internal salary structures.

• Research work at the Faculty of Social and Behavioral Sciences, under the supervision of prof. Tom Postmes (t.postmes@rug.nl) and with the collaboration of the VirtHuLab research group. • Research work on the dynamics and evolution of opinion and the effects of mass media and CMC (Computer-Mediated Communication), through the implementation of an agent-based model (computational model) and a mixed approach - psychology and sociophysics. • Article currently under preparation.
