My role is to lead and manage the technical aspects of segregation projects for the Food Division in South West Europe (France, Spain, Portugal and Italy) providing technical leadership and expertise in the migration of IT services, on-premise infrastructure, legacy systems and cloud design architecture for IT environments, conduct alignment meetings with stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensuring successful migrations defining the most adequate technical solutions for the business objectives.

Leading the global organization to an optimized and more stable enviroment, to make sure that IT Services are delivered effectively and efficiently across 43 locations and supporting the IT strategy to improve all sites and have them at the same level of operation.

In charge of coordinate local IT activities in the region for business demands and new project, leading the local IT 1st level support and acting as a 2nd level support in case of escalations. As part of the global IT organization. I was part of the Server Administration for Americas location, supporting Brazil, Mexico and United states for trobleshooting and new implementations.
