EMEA Corrugated Purchases - Responsible for strategic sourcing & supplier relationship management of the Fabric and Home Care category. Managed two direct reports - Purchasing Manager in charge of EMEA Home Care and one assistant for F&HC Corrugated business.

Corrugated Purchases - Responsible for strategic sourcing & supplier relationship management of the BabyCare, Feminine Care, Hair Care, and Personal Beauty Care. Management of fast moving initiatives and a complex and challenging going business. The role includes direct sourcing responsibilities and also includes indirect coaching for the Senior Purchasing Manager/Purchasing Manager in charge of Eastern Europe and Middle Eastern Africa Corrugate Purchasing.

Strategic Sourcing of external manufacturing operations for P&G’s Beauty Care (e.g. Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, Hugo Boss, Lacoste) and Shave Care Divisions (e.g. Gillette) in Western, Central & Eastern Europe.

Special Assignment, integration of Gillettes externally manufactured products and manufacturing services business into P&Gs supply chain.

Developed business process flows in conjunction with European Planning for all subcontract processes for 3rd party full service contractors using SAP. Led a promotion initiative for Gillette Shave Gel for the entire UK market.
