Development of the idea and indicators for opening the company; trademark registration and other government registrations; website development, e-commerce, advertising content and social media; classification and selection of commercialized coffees and analysis of samples from accredited specialty coffee suppliers and farms; market analysis and identification of direct and indirect competition; development of the project to export specialty coffees to Uruguay.

Control industry indicators and survey, control and analyze customer ads; creation of a project which includes several updates and tips for employees in the commercial operations sector. We developed process flowcharts, optimization tips and even video reports. As a result, an improvement in performance was reported in several processes that had been forgotten over time, also helping new employees.
