 Led a team of 50+ people and a select supplier base to design and implement a state-of-the-art high profile final assembly system for A320 at Airbus in Hamburg. Managed an international team, providing direction, organization, leadership, and project oversight. Facilitated a team oriented, proactive working environment. Responsible for the scope, schedule and budget management of a large and technically challenging program.

 Responsible for Programme Management, Engineering, R&D, Production, Supply Chain & Quality.

 Responsible for the Body Engineering Project Management of the model year update to the Jaguar XJ.

 Transfer of manufacturing from Netherlands to Chinese subsidiary. Conducted during the development phase managing significant change, delivering labour cost savings of >60% and capacity release in the Dutch development site.

 Total P & L responsibility for the UK subsidiary of the Engineering Services Division of Labinal, Safran Group, reporting to CEO based in France. This business unit of up to 75 people served the aerospace sector in the UK for design and analysis. Also responsible for the coordinated approach to transnational work packages with other business units of Safran Engineering including low cost offshore engineering in India

 Total responsibility for the UK subsidiary of the Labinal Division of the French aerospace group, SAFRAN (previously SNECMA), reporting to a Director based in France. This role covered all aspects of leading a workforce of >75 people involved in the manufacture of electrical wiring harnesses for aero engine, airframe and rail applications.
