Working at Nalco I am responsible for strategic resourcing of key positions within the Spanish, Italian, UK, Benelux and Nordic markets and local vendor supply management throughout European hubs. As a market leader within the water treatment and process improvement sectors. Key profiles cover sales (and vertical markets), business development, manufacturing, laboratory and service positions.

Working with Honeywell as part of their embedded RPO. The RPO function takes responsibility for front-end recruitment process management. I managed strategic resoucrcing and recruitment of technical and specialised personnel within the Building Solutions and Electrical Devices EMEA / UK Business Streams.

At Scantec my team and I delivered account management to large blue chip pharmaceutical manufacturers and to engineering consultants both in the UK and overseas. A full scope of recruitment solutions were provided from contract and permanent recruitment to client service management. My focussed client contracts included: Eli Lilly & Co., Novartis, Jacobs Engineering, Simon Carves and Foster Wheeler.

Multilingual support focussed at resolving business 2 business and business 2 customer account issues.

This project is part of a bilateral initiative between the UK and Spanish Governments. I worked at the Escuela Oficial de Idiomas in Parla (Madrid) giving language and conversation classes to teenagers and adult learner groups.
