At Ecolab I directly manage recruitment activity and strategic resourcing across the Europe and Russia region. Managing and supporting a team of recruiters to deliver a direct source model and to manage and improve local vendor supply throughout the region. I also provide support and advice to the business on best practice administration and interpretation of psychometric and ability testing tools (SHL / Thomas International) used as part of our selection, development and talent management activities.

Working with Honeywell as part of their embedded RPO. The RPO function takes responsibility for front-end recruitment process management. I manage strategic resoucrcing and recruitment of technical and specialised personnel within the Building Solutions and Electrical Devices EMEA / UK Business Streams.

Working in a principal consultant role I managed a team of up to 6 consultants working within in key business areas. My team and I delivered account management to large blue chip pharmaceutical manufacturers and to engineering consultants both in the UK and overseas. A full scope of recruitment solutions were provided from contract and permanent recruitment to client service management.
