Business Unit responsability over 3 sites : Poughkeepsie US, Singapore and Gallargues France. BTO/CTO business, High-end servers.

Responsible for P&L and operational excellence

• In charge of the coordination of the supply of electronical components – 60 Mi Euros/Year - by JABIL for the VALEO plant of Wemding - Germany • Resident at customer site and main customer interface • Management of procurement team (3 buyers based in France). • Hub and Inventory control Management – 3 workers

• Team of 11 engineers and 8 technicians • Selection and qualification of the suppliers Quality System Auditor - VALEO 1000, ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949 • In charge with the internal PDCA training of the plant – 2002

•Responsible for supplier qualification : Suppliers selection, industrialization steps validation & Process Audits •Responsible for suppliers follow up in mass production, supplier action plans follow up Incoming inspection Manager •Management of 5 technicians and 1 operator •Supervision of Initial Samples approval, inspection of incoming goods, Management of non-conformities due to purchased goods in the plant
