Responsible for all inside sales activities for about 15 plants belonging to a key account customer (automotive) which were spread around the world. Main task was about to manage all the delivery schedules of every plant and checking with production planning to make sure deliveries will arrive just-in-time. Therefore I was also responsible to avoid line-downs and managing escalations if necessary. Moreover I prepared offers, checked quality issues with quality management and organised collection requests.

Main tasks were about sighting inquiries, checking them technically, calculating offers and reviewing them together with customers mostly on phone. Checking incoming orders and clarifying delivery delays was also day-to-day business. Moreover I was responsible managing the stock of the whole product range. Additionally I was the supervisor of one of the key accounts. In parallel I started a combined study of business administration at FOM University in Siegen on the basis of self-improvement.
