Worked as part of a team to keep two offices in Midtown Manhattan operating smoothly and efficiently for over 100 staff and dozens of regular international visitors.

Managed the floor of an international defence and security conference in Canada with leading state and military officials as speakers and guests. Prepared invitations, maintained a vast database of contacts, conducted research on participants and helped manage logistics for a major international conference of global leaders in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Performed various office tasks including human resources, operations and finance. Managed a USD$50,000 branded merchandise budget and placed orders with vendors
