Responsibilities: Integration, installation, development and configuration of the following applications: Genesys IBM Tivoli Netcool BMC Remedy Developed a bash script(~1000 lines) for managing processes of Genesys application, installed in three environments TEST/DEV/PROD on a total of 16 Solaris servers. It uses rsh and database interrogation.
