My current diuties include (but are not limited to): - Manage the end-to-end IT Change Management process, including planning, risk & impact assessment, approval, coordination, and execution of changes to IT systems (with support of ServiceNow ITSM platform) - Handle daily operation of change queue / backlog - Continuously improve and optimize Change Management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness - Provide guidance and support to team members & stakeholders on Change Management best practices

My duties included (but were not limited to): - management of new and analysed demands - management of work estimates - change and release planning - change and release schedule - task assignment - daily / weekly follow-up - QA and production deployment - support handover - documentation and knowledge management - coordination of problems throughout their life cycle (from problem identification to resolution) within SLA targets

As a Process Developer for Identity and Access Management related processes I created and maintained global concepts, instructions and documents of processes in Identity & Access Management area using NSN business process modeling tool (ARIS Business Designer platform).

Being employed with IT Services & Processes department I was engaged in design, implementation and development of Rockwool IT key strategic projects (Identity Management, ITIL, Smarphone & Network Printer concept) to help to simplify and improve Rockwool departments’ activities and decisions that depend on accurate, reliable, and up-to-date information.

Apart from contribution to successful factory IT setup I was responsible for MODIS (MODule Information System) Production System supervising and maintenance. The scopes of my duties also includes: translating technical documentation, comprehensive user IT support and helpdesk, troubleshooting, reporting and system monitoring.

I was responsible for purchase of IT related equipment (HW & SW) basing on Master/Sattelite company relations and guidelines (making specifications, collecting, comparing and selecting the best offers, etc.), supervising work of implementation teams (coordination of deliveries and technical acceptance), reporting on and controlling IT budget execution. After the successful plant start-up, I supervised the company IT systems.

Microprocesssor and microcomputer systems
