Daily basis activities were modem configurations for ADSL/ VDSL/ FTTH networks, support for webhosting services, CDMA troubleshooting and modem installation, webmail clients configuration such as Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird and basic IPTV settings such as checking the connections between IPTV Set-Top Box and modem and as well setting additional ports for IPTV connection.
