Leading position in a team for creating, implementing and maintaining a new international business model in an existing organization for the sales of thermoformed high performance plastic bake ware items in a B2B market. This includes development of new sales strategy.

Maintaining relations with key accounts and creating new key accounts in Spain, Switzerland, USA, France, Italy and Greece. Studying the markets and follow the new trends and investigate the impacts for the accounts. My background as a Bakery Technologist helps me to understand the whishes and needs of the customer. As this job is related to bakeries world wide, my 7 years of global bakery and baking experience works as an additional value in creating solutions.

1. Responsiblity for technological installation and commisioning of projects and single machines world wide. Goal is to create together with the customer the most perfect final product(s), by optimazing and if necessary adjusting their process, recipe, people and machines. 2. Creating a so called 'bread library', to gather all the experience done in the field during (technological)installation and commisioning.
