As a technical coordinator, I was responsible for the coordination of different core businesses: HVAC, Automation, Electricity, Utilities, Infrastructure, Q/V, QA, Monitoring. I should ensure the proper conduct of the technical team made up of specialists (SME - Subject Matter Expert), the quality of deliverables, compliance with the schedule, documentary monitoring, the proper management of construction sites, good practices on construction sites, monitoring subcontracting companies, etc.
