Coordinate reliability lab test activities, support for quality and engineering teams to fix product and production process problems, plan reliability test activities during NPI to evaluate improvements done in previous phase, perform internal assessments as well as follow the BABT external assessment, coordinate activities to validate software variants before release to mass production, do product analysis that failed during warranty time, perform training for other reliability labs

Implement reliability test for mobile phones, provide test procedure training to lab operators, take in part on continuous improvement team to find out problems solution, create and sent reports about reliability test results, set up and make test troubleshooting for the following test systems: vibration tester, drop and random free fall tester, Extreme Condition Tester, Extended Measurement tester, Electromagnetic Irradiation Compatibility Tester besides provide basic maintenance for lab equipment

Perform diagnostic on PWB that failed during production tests as well as analyze products rejected by quality team and support production line to decrease the manufacture failure rate through continuous feedback to SMD line, material quality team, process and test engineering about the failures found during the production day

ergonomics, Brazil Regulatory Standards (NRs), Internal Commission for the Prevention of Accidents, responsible to provide all individual protection equipment as well as perform training for employees about safety work and use safety practices.
